Return Policy 

1. If the customer completes the payment. We find that there are not enough items and we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and refund the full amount to the customer.

 

2. When customers receive the goods, please check immediately if there is any problem and notify us within 24 hours. Otherwise, we will not deal with it.

3. Customers please be aware of all return charges (eg: shipping charges)  It is the customer's responsibility.

4. Please pack the returned item well. We will not process the return request if it is damaged.

5. About Damaged Items: If the item is damaged after purchase by the customer or the item is defective (as shown in the picture), none of these issues will be included in the return request.

6. We will not accept returns if the customer purchases in person.

 

7. Natural crystals will have inclusions and surface imperfections/deficiencies. If customers have questions, please contact us.

 

8. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable requests for returns (eg: the item is not natural-  Please provide a reasonable proof or test, or the reason is that I don't like it now  )  

 

9. Customers please note that the colors of the products displayed on different electronic screens are different before purchasing.

 

10. We try to ensure that all our product information is correct, but cannot guarantee that it is current and most accurate. If the customer feels that the product is different from the information, please refer to the return policy.

 

11. We reserve the right to make final return processing decisions.
